Key config for swapping wand not working #32

Open Zettt opened 8 years ago

Something I have updated, or rather has been updated for me, is causing an issue. I don't know whether it's Not Enough Wands or something else, but the Swapping Wand can't change its size anymore with the key. I changed it to some other key, but no luck.

I'm playing on 1.10 with FTB Unstable and Curse.

McJty commented 8 years ago

What key did you change it too? Can you show me some screenshots of your config?

Zettt commented 8 years ago

I've changed it to number keys (1-0), to letter keys (a-z). I tried §, which was one of the few keys available. i wasn't being used, etc. None of the keys, no matter if grey after choosing, or still red, did work.

McJty commented 8 years ago

Well still working for me so no clue what could be wrong there

Zettt commented 8 years ago

Was working for me too. That's why I'm asking here. The default equals key worked fine.

WesCook commented 8 years ago

I'm having the same issue. My mode swap key doesn't work using any key. Unfortunately I protected a block in my base, and even creative mode can't break it.

I was able to replace it using commands with air, but any block that is placed there becomes permanent.

The master protection wand can unprotect anything

WesCook commented 8 years ago

Ah, but not if the mode switch key isn't functional. ;)

McJty commented 8 years ago

But doesn't it work with default equals key like for the original poster?

WesCook commented 8 years ago

It does not. Actually I hit Reset and it defaults to M for some reason. I've tried both keys and neither works.

Zettt commented 8 years ago

That's correct. When I started my 1.10 world, I had the same problem. In between a couple of updates, I tried to unprotect the block and I was able to. I don't know what helped to protect/unprotect the block.

I have no clue why this would be misbehaving. I'm just using the standard keybinding system... Weird

WesCook commented 8 years ago

I'd be happy to do some testing for you, if that would help.
