Building Wand can not extend upper half slabs: I don't have the right block. #58

I can only extend oak wood slabs when they are placed in the lower half block. I cannot extend slabs which are placed in the upper half. The wand chats "You don't have the right block" when trying to extend upper half slabs.

Using version 1.5.5 on MC 1.11.2 with Forge 13.20.0.2294. not-the-right-block

Edit: Just to mention it, there were about 350 oak wood slabs in my inventory when this feature occured. :)

Same.

Happens with any half slabs, not just oak.
