Teleportation wand ignores teleportation blocking #78

It seems impossible to block players from teleporting with the teleportation wand, used ender tether from dark utilities and inhinibtor obelisk from ender io, both have no effect.

Seems like the environnemental controller from rftools is able to block the wand
