I have an IF Black Hole Unit holding ~2100 Actually Additions Canola (fruit). When the BHU is picked up with a moving wand, an additional BHU is dropped as if I'd broken the block with a pick. The BHU inside the wand retains its inventory correctly. The duped BHU has an empty inventory.
I placed and picked up one of the duped BHUs but the dupe did not reoccur.
Using the duped BHUs, I attempted to find the trigger but I was unable to. I tried small amounts (1-2 stacks) of vanilla and a large amount (~2500) Canola Seeds. In each case, there was no dupe. I transferred the Canola (fruit) to one of the duped BHUs and it still failed to dupe.
Then it twigged that I had just updated the modpack and Industrial Foregoing was updated to 1.12.2-1.11.2-212. The dupey BHU was crafted last night using IF 1.12.2-1.10.4-187.

edit: I thought I had this sussed but then one of the new ones started exhibiting the same behaviour. Looks like this remains a current issue.
