Move this repository to the Hydroinformatics lab github account #6

at some point we need to move this to the hydroinformatics github

I think what I can do when I finish some of this issues is to create a different repo for the app with a new name, so I can scaffold an app with the professional name, and then just have that repository in the hydroInformatics lab github
