This PR adds highlight groups which allow users to highlight the buttons of each buffer, according to their activity (e.g. alternate buffer) and state (e.g. modified).
To facilitate this, the following group suffixes have been added:
Btn
ModBtn (the Mod suffix already exists)
Pin (this simplifies rendering given the feature implementation, and works toward #199)
