Bug - Font settings not applied on startup in 0.1.23. #48

Hello

It appears that in version 0.1.23, custom font settings (font family and font size) are no longer applied in startup. Removing them and putting them back (or changing them) while Atom is running applies them correctly.

Seems to be fixed in 0.1.24 as well, thanks!
