may be related to the "Visualisation task"

tested with :

pipeline geom run with docker image on AWS

This issue is still true -> pb with 3D-printed Arabidopsis model ("Sangoku") which currently has no reference/ground truth measures. The Plant-3d-explorer crashes so I re-open it.
