This Pull Request introduces the following changes:
New test virtual dataset with black background because segmentation on the oldest one was a little bit challenging
Rework on config files, left only (geom_pipe_real; geom_pipre_real; ml_pipe_real, ml_pipe_virtual; geom_pipe_full and ml_pipe_full) and a training_seg conf
Machine Learning now uses a new weights file (Resnet_896_896_epoch50.pt)
Some bug fixes in the code
In the CI pipe, was introduced integration tests which tests the pipe in the 4 use cases (geom/ml, real/virtual) untill the AnglesAndInternodes stage
