close #161

This PR does:

Fix channel issue when performing geometrical analysis on generated virtual dataset (take into account only "_rgb" images)
Modifies the virtual plant dataset to perform tests on dataset as close as possible as those generated by romiscanner
Update romiscanner submodule to latest commit
