Fix the organization name (romi | roboticsmicrofarming)
- Fix the docker image name convention (organization/app:tag) for all applications (plant-3d-vision, plantdb, plant-imager, plant-3d-explorer)
- Fix the database mounted volume: db or database everywhere?
- Make sure that all docker images are built the same way
- Fix the passed argument names (--db or --database or --p)
