Render segmentation2D ground truth images in a dedicated folder in Virtual Scan #35

Problem: Actually the segmented image classes (leaf, background, flower...etc) are rendered in the same folder as scanned images images . It would be preferrable to render them in a seprate folder as it is done for other ground truth data.
