highlight APL commands #3

it's difficult to tell the difference between ages and pages. At least highlight the key symbols (bold?). Or put some spaces in?

Wow, yes it is difficult. Spaces sound good, and I need to say somewhere that white-space is ignored.

I've credited you as reviewer in the (leanpub) book, but without the Dr, without email/url/twitter handle. Let me know what you'd like me to change.
