Mostly an automated migration of the project file, however I had to address two issues:
Resource
Reference
if 'position' in event:
The fixes should be backwards compatible (but the project migration is not)!
I still haven't gotten around to really delving in to Godot 3.1 yet, so thanks for looking into this!
