[Feature] Add support for ScummVM. at least enough to match the games.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. ScummVM, while it has an icon, is not a supported platform for ROMM. As such it will not match anything when attempting to get metadata.

Describe the solution you'd like

• The ability to match my ScummVM games to download metadata.
• Ideally it would be good to be able to play ScummVM games on ROMM as well but I know that's a much bigger ask.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually populating the Metadata and uploading cover art myself.

Additional context I do appreciate that ROM comes with a default icon for ScummVM even though it's not a supported platform.

scummvm is not supported by IGDB or mobygames, once either supports them (or we add a provider that does) it'll start supporting it automatically.

As a workaround you could map the ScummVM folder to 'dos' or 'win' depending on the majority of your library.
