[Feature] Add game manual support #553

Add a feature to upload a game manual as a pdf for a game and store it in a separate location. For docker, you could potentially make it the same folder but two different mounts. The ROM mount would ignore the pdfs and the manuals mount would only look at the pdfs.

I would also add that perhaps related media such as strategy guides can be added as well.

I second this, would be good to see Manual's and reference cards appear in the game details page, like a materials tab that could display a list of these assets.

As for storage, everyone has an opinion, but MVP version of this to me would be manual/reference card is named same as the rom file but with a -manual or -reference to the end of the file name. This approach would likely make it easier for matching these assets with the game rom during scan.

Ultimately i know many arent going to agree with this view but my 2c is RomM should take a similar approach to how Emby/JellyFin and plex expect Movies/Shows to be laid out along with how files names must be constructed... there is sorta a standard online but from what i can tell hasn't evolved in a while.
