Arcade ROMs are always opened with mame2003 regardless of what the user selects. #939

ROMM 3.2.0 Click on any arcade game in your collection. When you get the chance to select the emulator used, select any other emulator other than mame2003. If the ROM boots up successfully, you can see in the settings menu that mame2003 is what is running, ignoring what the user selected before launching.

This issue happens regardless of web browser/operating system/hardware.

Strange, when I select mame2003 it starts playing with mame2003 correctly, but when i select fbneo it fails with the "missing game files" error. If you select fbneo before hitting play does it still use mame2003?

It will often fail back to the Retroarch menu and in the retroarch menu, you can see the currently loaded core is mame2003.
