Add access to settings in collapsed mode #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place the widget on a homescreen with only 4x2 (XxY) spaces left. See 
picture. http://min.us/l7J7VGlVew56v
2. Try to locate the settings. Give up.
3. Remove icons to be able to expand the widget and find the settings.

What version of the product are you using?
1.0

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on?
Galaxy Nexus 4.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
Note: This is not the case for lockscreen widget, but homescreen widget.

This is a conscious UX decision, as adding settings here would add clutter. I 
do want to expose settings universally, but only in an unobtrusive way.

There isn't really enough space for this; the best way to reach settings is to 
add the home screen shortcut to one of your home screens

Add a function to be able to expand and collapse without having to resize the 
widget.

This will be addressed in 1.6 with an Advanced option for showing DashClock 
Settings in the app launcher
