Allow passing the --ignore-ssl-errors option as ignoreSslErrors #19

There is currently no way to pass the --ignore-ssl-errors option to casperjs.

This has been requested in issue #15.

It looks like someone else added an option at the same spot. Would you mind re-pulling and re-adding, and we can get this published?

It was actually me who added the other option :-)

I've now updated the pull request so it should merge cleanly. Would be great to get a new release with these two!
