Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Bureaucrat supposed to subtract from the overall total, even if the Bureaucratted leader is killed? E.g. let :hark: be in 3 strongholds, and a battle in Tueks ends up as:
Feyd + 2 dialed + no card vs Bureaucrat Guild Rep + 0 + Chaumas
From my understanding of Bureaucrat, :hark: has 2 - 3 = -1 here vs :guild:'s 1 + 0 = 1 and so :guild: should win. Experimenting on TO, however, it appears to only subtract from the leader. After all, the wording of Bureaucrat is
