Game intro sound doesn't play on first game #63

The sound effect from the skin JSON "Sound": { "GameStarted": ...} doesn't actually play the first time a game is started.

To reproduce:

  1. Clear browser data
  2. Start a new game on treachery.online
  3. Note that there is no intro sound effect (e.g. "The planet is Arrakis, also known as Dune")
  4. Exit the game via the exit button in the top-right
  5. Make a new game
  6. This time, the sound effect should play.
