In the attached savegame, I am playing Emperor (allied with Atreides), and am fighting a battle against Harkonnen.
Harkonnen used Truthtrance to ask about my defense, but since I was going to use Prescience to ask about the enemy weapon (and would be basing my choice on that information) there was no way to give a truthful answer.
Generally, it seems that if a bot is in a battle against a player or ally of the Bene Gesserit or Atreides, they should wait for Voice/Prescience to fire before asking a battle-related question with Truthtrance.
