I have no idea what triggered that. But it occurred on updating the plugin. I reinstalled and it worked totally fine.
I'm going to write this off as something weird happening on my site, perhaps caused by me copying from GitHub directly to my server, then updating via the plugin updater. If anyone else reports this, we should definitely look closer though.
I originally assumed you had deleted the index.php file, but it seems that wasn't the case. It was only missing from my site, not from the repository.
I'm going to re-open this and keep this in mind. I need to find out what is causing the illegal offset issues. Maybe it's related.
Can't find the issue!
