Ireland Flag is missing for findFlagUrlByCountryName #59

The URL returned points to a resource (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c0/Republic_of_Ireland_Flag.svg) that doesn't exist anymore.

Fixing this is covered in https://github.com/ronatskiy/country-flags-svg/pull/57. So hopefully that PR can be prioritised. Thanks
