Updated the scala binary version to 2.13
Updated Scala code
Updated Scala test code
removed the outdated dependencies from pom
Tested with Scala 2.13, spark 3.2.1 for streaming
Fixed the issue with the previous version due to spark-tag _2.12, _2.13 on scala 2.13, and spark 3.2.1
