Some log records does not forward the request id

Describe the bug

There are some logs which does not forward the request id. Some examples (given the message):

• found bindings and roles
• input creation time
• policy result
• RBAC policy evaluation failed
• policy evaluation completed

Expected behavior

The request id should be proxied.

• Running mode: sidecar
• policy type: any
