Setup RSVP project config #5

RSVP is currently publishing AMD and browser rsvp packages. I'm using the wildcard entry because RSVP has no channels at the present time. This will publish on each push that has valid AWS credentials.

I suspect this cannot be merged until after https://github.com/tildeio/rsvp.js/pull/263.

Would love to talk this out with someone.

This looks like the correct urls for publishing.
