Dear fellows, I have a question about the interpretation of MRPRESSO results. like this, $Main MR results Exposure MR Analysis Causal Estimate Sd T-stat P-value 1 E1_effect Raw 0.5390120 0.01948158 27.66778 1.446937e-31 2 E1_effect Outlier-corrected 0.5092231 0.01256607 40.52366 4.621318e-37

"$MR-PRESSO results$Global Test$Pvalue [1] "<0.001"" means that horizontal pleitropy exists for my study and then MR-PRESSO outlier test was performed. But I don't understand the meaning of "$MR-PRESSO results$Distortion Test$Outliers Indices [1] 46 48 49 50" . What is 46,48,49,50? I have only 42 SNPs in this study and how can I know which SNP/SNPs causes/cause the pleitropy.
