Dears,
I am wondering what is the degree of freedom (df) which has been used in the MR-PRESSO analysis to calculate p-value in the main MR results? In my case, I have 5 SPNs associated with physical activity and 10,760,767 SNPs associated with breast cancer. As df=n-1, which number is considered in the analysis?
Another way to check df is to use t-stat and a proposed df to calculate p-value using pt function in R. If the p-value is correct, means the df I used was correct too. But I could not calculate a correct p-value!
