nanstd and nanmean are deprecated in Matlab 2023b #6

Getting error because of the usage of nanstd and meanstd in the program, see : https://www.mathworks.com/help/stats/nanstd.html

Dear Giovanni, I'm sorry for the inconvenience and for the late response. Recently, Matlab stopped the support with these functions, so they should be manually implemented. Please contact me in person for a temporary hack for that. In any case, the problem will be solved in the upcoming version of CHAP.
