Right now wmd doesn't start up on IE8. I'll look into this once I have an
open-source release
happily running on all the other browsers.

Hi there,

first comment?

You wrote this:

-----------------
Configurable

Want to let users add links, but not images? Lists but not headings? No
problem. You
can easily set toolbar buttons, line-wrapping length, and other options on your
configuration page.
---------------------------

Is there really a config page? Can' t find it. But i would like to edit some
things,
how can i do that?

Andre

No problem. Until a couple of days ago, WMD was a hosted service, and I
haven't updated the site to reflect the
fact that it's downloadable. Will fix. Take a look at the source for
optionsExample.html in the zip file to see how
to configure the editor, and email support (at) attacklab.net if you need any
help.

I downloaded the latest version, but can not be used on IE6, and resulted in
suspended animation browser. To provide you with the code to run it, why not?

The version of WMD on github (http://github.com/derobins/wmd/tree/master) works
fine
with IE8. Keep in mind that until I get v2.1 out the door (hopefully Feb.
2009) many
of the configuration options do NOT work.
