Command prompt visible with the application. #46

What version of ComicTagger are you using?
1.12.1-beta

On what operating system (Mac, Linux, Windows)? What version?
Windows 7 x64

GUI or command line?
GUI

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch comictagger.exe
2. See that the command prompt is visible and cannot be closed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to never see the command prompt since it does not provide 
anything.

Please provide any additional information below.

This is by design.  As ComicTagger is still in (perpetual) beta, the console 
window is there provide any sort of application errors or output that might 
show up to help with issues.

Probably I could implement file logging, but for now, this works.

Perhaps a small pop-out from the application for your use? Would you want to 
leave this issue open for post-beta?

Post-beta, no.  But bug fixes and certain feature requests take priority right 
now, and I'm only working on CT in small bursts now. 

This issue is essentially a cosmetic one, and it's better for me to leave this 
as-is at this stage.
