whether \bar is too long? #291

as the title says \bar {H} is rendered as CodeCogsEqn

and this is created by https://www.codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php, well I think it is too short on the other hand CodeCogsEqn

The rendered output in MathJax viewer is ok IMO.
