Obtain an access token always returns "Bad Request, Error 400" #176

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to redirect user to Google's authorization server at 
https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth with proper parameters

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should show the consent dialog, instead always returns Error 400.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ie. v3 of the Youtube API

Please provide any additional information below.
This has been working until now, but I noticed this on thursday. Might have 
been broken even longer.
Even the API explorer shows the same error.

This had something to do with my logged in account. Investigating that now.
This ticket can be closed.
