Unable to use YouTube API v3 #295

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login as slidetalk@gmail.com and go to 
http://developers.google.com/apis-explorer/?hl=en_US#s/youtube/v3/youtube.videos
.delete?id=TUoRJ7OuAzg&_h=28&
2. Enable OAUTH 2.0 and click execute.
3. We get the message "You do not have permission to execute this method."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That the video file is deleted.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

slidetalk@gmail.com is the owner of the youtube video (its channel)...
