There is not way to update a channel with the client PHP library #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I tried to update the channel info
2.The client library for PHP doesnt have a way to do this

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want a way to update a channel with the client library for PHP

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using  YouTube Data API v3

Please provide any additional information below.
