Upgrade to `command_kit` ~> 0.6 and use the `CommandKit::Options::VerboseLevel` module #132

Upgrade to command_kit ~> 0.6 for the new CommandKit::Options::VerboseLevel module defines a -v option that can be specified multiple times to increase the verbose level. This will allow ronin-recon run to have increasing levels of verbose logging.
