Updates the ts-config's on of all the primitives as suggested by Mark Lawlor: https://github.com/nativewind/nativewind/issues/1103#issuecomment-2399611629
Renames the example app to expo-nativewind
Adds a Nextjs app nextjs-nativewind with react-native, nativewind, and rn-primitives
Couple bug fixes
