^ caret as default keybinding for bol #27

many of the other keybindings are inspired by vi. why then use 0 for bol instead of ^ ?

don't mean to complain, wish i would've found TerminalPager earlier. am loving it!

and TIL that 0 in vi does the same thing as ^ !!!
