[admin] Add feature enabling "rating" / "marking as shit" #12

Would be useful to let me have an idea of:

Could be persisted to localstorage, used by a simple page with some js. Needs addition of the source blog to the playlist payload.

Would be only useful to me, rating "UI" could be a keyboard shortcut.
