First ideas for 'dubious':

too short, e.g. <60s (example)
title suggesting a non-music content: ["interview", "trailer", "review", "documentary", "documentaire"]

Not sure of what's easily feasible technically with the YouTube API; the easiest solution might be to just remove the sources posting such material
