Fix vpc_cens with dplyr 1.0.0 #66

This fix is required to make xpose pass all tests with dplyr 1.0.0. Please note that xpose has to be re-submitted to cran by May 25th and hence a new version of vpc would need to be released prior to that.

Thanks Ben. I've taken your changes and incorporated them in a different branch where I also cleaned up the code more: https://github.com/ronkeizer/vpc/pull/67. Will tests this against the xpose tests, and submit to CRAN tomorrow if all looks fine.
