Update continuous integration to use GitHub actions; rebuild documentation; remove extra files #86

This PR:

  1. switches from Travis CI to GitHub actions
  2. Rebuilds the documentation with the current version of Roxygen2
  3. Removes extra files (travis and crancomments)

There are no code-related changes.
