TEST macro name conflicts with similar macro in UnitTest++ #162

UnitTest++ also defines macro named TEST. We need to provide a way to hide
gtest's definition.

This is important when gtest is pulled in as gmock's dependency and gmock
is used with UnitTest++.

A related patch is attached, which allows GMock to use GTest without requiring 
the
inclusion of gtest.h. Also, a patch for GMock to accommodate this change.

This is by no means the best way of doing it, it's just what I came up with by
tweaking it until it worked. ;)
