Create py script to filter out reclaimed polygons and match resulting values to the reference buffers

This py script needs to take the last created assets:

• flagged reclaimed polygons asset (with land cover areas)
• reference buffer polygons asset with land cover areas

Then it should filter the reclaimed polygons according to all the flags. The resulting buffers shouls be matched with the reference buffer polygons with the wll_st variable

Create both new assets as the final one to be processed with the leaf toolbox sampler.

The sampler results will be the final values for the analysis.
