Transform the abandoned_wells_leaf_toolbox.qmd file from running the sampler to analyzing the results #158

Right now the file contains the steps to run the sampler. This is already exported to the file run_sampler.py in ref #157. This file instead should take the pkl files, read them, and plot the results.
