What's the date range for filtering? We will extract all HLS and ETM+ and possibly S2 data for these sites so there is no date range.

Do we want polygons with at least 20 years (range 1 year from reclamation up to 20 years)? No - just all polygons. Depending on how long the extraction takes we may prioritize polygons abandoned between a certain time range (e.g. 2000 - 2024) or (2013-2024) where we know we have pre-abandoned reference measurements around the site.
