**Create a Report page that is able to generate PDF file and display PDF report**

[x] Create a page with a dropdown selection for license codes. License codes are taken from BusinessCode, BannerCode, HawkerCode, LiquorCode, StallCode tables.
[x] After selecting which license code, click on a button called 'Generate Report' to create a PDF file that lists all the fields in the table selected
[x] Create the link for that page under 'Laporan' menu with the name 'Laporan Kod Perniagaan'
[x] Create a button called 'Muat Turun laporan' that will download the generated PDF file
[x] The built-in PDF viewer should display a button for the user to directly print it without needing the user to open the PDF file with another pdf viewer program
[x] The header of the generated file should follow the example in the attached screenshot (Refer Wiki page)
