[x] BannerApplication/ManageBAReqDoc, change the dropdown to checkboxes. The data will be saved in BAReqDoc table after clicking on Save button.
[x] BannerApplication/ManageBannerApplication, display Required documents under "Dokumen Wajib" with upload buttons beside it.
[x] For "Nama Pemohon" and "Nama Perniagaan", user can type a few words and suggestions will appear. Can only select one individual name and one company name per field.
[x] When uploading the file attachments, the data is inserted into the table BALinkReqDoc. ABle to upload multiple files for one required document.
[x] Clicking on the button "Tambah Iklan" will add another row of the fields Kod Iklan, Lokasi Dipohon, Saiz Iklan Dipohon and Bilangan Iklan. These data will be saved in BannerObject table.
