Added Swift 4 library for use on macOS and Linux.

While I think this is awesome, I'm don't think I'm going to merge it. I would rather just link to it from the readme. You might consider relabeling the project to be not LoStik specific as it could be useful for anyone using a RN2903 / RN2483 device.

I would rather provide minimal examples and link to outside libraries instead of trying to maintain independent language libraries.
